Introdução
We are a Laboratory for Competitiveness and Sustainability Studies (LECoS), founded in 2004 by Professors Chico Soares and Mônica Abreu from FEAAC.
LECoS conducts multidisciplinary research focusing on topics such as climate change, energy transition, the NEXUS, public policies, and the role of the private sector.
Our research encompasses the triangular connection of economic, environmental, and social variables. Our team consists of professors, researchers, PhDs, post-doctoral fellows, graduate students, and undergraduate students.
Founded by Professors Chico Soares and Mônica Abreu from FEAAC, LECoS conducts multidisciplinary research in the following areas: climate change, energy transition, public policies, and the role of the private sector.
Our purpose is to develop research that promotes more sustainable business practices and assists decision-makers, with the aim of fostering interdisciplinarity in the field of Administration, specifically in economic and environmental management.
